Below I will show you step by step how you can cook and eat such while you at home.
Ingredient: Ruhi Fish (We use that if you want you can use Hilsha Fish/Katla Fish/Mola Fisha or any other else though Noakhali people use Salty Hilsha Fish for cooking this dish), 1 Cup Onion,1/2 cum of Garlic, Smashed Green Chili, Smashed Red Chili, 1 tea spoon Ginger pest, 1 tea spoon garlic pest, 1 tea spoon yellow powder, 1 tea spoon zira pest, Mastered Oil, salt in taste and most important thing of this dish is Banana Tree Leaf.
Cooking details:
Step 1: You have chop your fish in small pics.
Step 2: 1 Cup Onion,1/2 cum of Garlic, Smashed Green Chili, Smashed Red Chili, 1 tea spoon Ginger pest, 1 tea spoon garlic pest, 1 tea spoon yellow powder, 1 tea spoon zira pest, Mastered Oil, salt in taste mix with fish. You have to mix gradually and very well.

Step 3: After mixing well you have to make fish bed on Banana Tree Leaf.
Step 4: Now tied well the banana tree leaf very well though nothing will leave from there.
Step 5: Cook very well in both side. You have to cook 15 min in both side.
Step 6: Completing cook open the tied leaf and taste the dish.
