Best wishes and congratulations on behalf of Rojina’s Recipe.Today I have brought for you a recipe of your choice called Potato/Aloo Dum. Below will show you step by step how you can cook and eat such fun while sitting at home.

Ingredients: A few small size potatoes, chilli powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cumin paste, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, 1 bay leaf, 1 pcs cinnamon, 1 cardamom, 1-3 cloves, 1 tablespoon sour yogurt and salt to taste.

Cooking details: 
Step 1: First boil the potatoes and peel them. After peeling, I try to make small holes in the potatoes with a stick so that the spices enter the potatoes.
Step 2: Take a small amount of oil in a pan and lightly fry the potatoes in it so that the potato dum is fun to eat. 
Step 3: When the frying is over, take it out of the oven and store it in a good environment for the next cooking.
Step 4: Now take oil in a pan and accordingly mix onion powder, chilli powder, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste and 1 tablespoon of sour curd in it. 
Step 5: Once the spices are added, leave the potatoes in it and wait until the potatoes are completely mixed with the spices.
